Plannig a Tour

A right plan always leads towards a successful accomplishment. It is the first requirement to set a plan if some individual or a group wants to move on to a trip of some place. Following if taken into consideration can help to formulate a pertinent plan to enjoy a memorable trip.

  1. Decide the time line, that is, how many days you have to do this tour.
  2. Make a list of different visiting places.
  3. Calculate the distances of all the places with the help of various information available in website, Google maps, and other sources.
  4. Get the information about traveling terrain, that is, highways, motorways, straight roads, mountainous routes etc.
  5. Assess the time required to reach the destination through different routes and modes of traveling.
  6. Study the weather conditions of the area and the forecast for next one or two weeks.
  7. Collect the information about hotels, camping sites or other accommodations in the targeted area. Contact to accommodation providers through phone or email. During peak visiting seasons, accommodation rates are always at higher sides and also difficult to book.
  8. Arrange costumes and tools according to the weather and terrain of the visiting area. It is better to wear informal dresses and shoes. It is recommended to collect much relevant and compact items rather than over burdening.
  9. Calculate number of days and nights to travel and stay.
  10. Plan the stay at arrival and step by step movements till the end.
  11. Calculate all expenses required by making a comprehensive list for example fuel or fare, toll plazas, teas or drinks or meals on the way, eatables during traveling, hotel rent, meals expense at destination, tips for the hotel serving persons, guide expenses, jeeps rent, taxi rent, tickets expense of some park or chair lift or any other activity.
  12. Plan to reach the destination in day light, especially for hilly areas.
  13. Make a list of your luggage and requirements and verify it. Do not forget to take national identity card, driving license, vehicle documents, authority letter of the vehicle if it belongs to your office or company.
